AmeriCare Ambulance is proud to announce the completion of our new Dispatch Center. This state of the art project consists of new Watson dispatch consoles. These ergonomic consoles are designed to reduce employee injury and provide fingertip control of surface height, heating, cooling, and lighting. Each workstation consists of four (4) separate computer systems linked with the CAD. These systems are configured to display over multiple monitors such as the 42" central monitor displaying Computer Aided Dispatching information and three (3) smaller monitors used to monitor information from the Orange County Fire Authority, a system devoted to AVL and traffic patterns, and another system that can be configured to display data crucial to rapid deployment of our resources.
