Experience must include:

• Recent experience with heavy quick books pro in both property management, property ownership/depreciation, inputting, tracking and paying bills both on quick books and on line banking, as well as inputting downloads from the bank statements into quick books pro.  All aspects of a controller.
• Computation of payroll, inputting payroll, and processing payroll. 
• General HR oversight and light to heavy phones.
• Based in Carson or Garden Grove.
